Cinnamon Digital Applications provides cloud based software for 0-19 services, used by NHS Trusts , local authorities and healthcare providers. Our applications support high-volume programmes including school-aged immunisations, health assessments, NCMP and vision and hearing screening. Developed with our customers our technology supports the entire service pathway, improving engagement, reducing administration and strengthening data quality and information sharing.

We are now bringing this experience to Best Start Family Hubs with CinnamonHubs, our configurable platform developed with City of Doncaster Council. CinnamonHubs connects family records, engagement, assessments, multiagency activity, referrals, follow up and outcomes across multiple hubs.
