The exec summary of SCIE's independent exit report produced post our main support phase to the local authority projects across England supported by the DHSC's Accelerating Reform Fund (ARF) . It sets out key learnings and best practices so far, to support the scaling of innovation across adult social care and underline the benefits in improving support for unpaid carers.
