Dynamic Carer’s Assessments are a transformative leap forward for local authorities and carer support organisations to help carers thrive. This practical, easy-to-implement digital solution directly addresses core social care challenges: assessment backlogs, administrative strain and increasing CQC scrutiny in this area.
Reducing waiting lists, making funds go further and helping carers thrive. Dynamic Carer's Assessments. A transformative leap for local authorities struggling with increasing demand and constrained budgets. Instead of making incremental improvements to an overwhelmed system, this is a fundamentally new approach that addresses key delivery issues head on.
Dynamic Carer's Assessments leverage key technologies (including AI) to accelerate carers’ access to support. Carers are able to book their initial self-serve call at a time that works for them (24/7 availability).
Within 30 minutes the carer will either have access to their personalised support plan, or their case will be identified for priority engagement by a social worker.
This video shows how the call works from the start of the call to the end support.
Instead of making incremental improvements to an overwhelmed system, Mobilise was commissioned to deliver Dynamic Carer's Assessments by Cumberland Council.
The rigid 9-to-5 operating model struggled to serve working-age carers, leaving this critical group underrepresented. This lack of early support resulted in wider cost issues when carers inevitably became unwell and required more intensive services.
Now carers are able to book their initial self-serve call at a time that works for them (24/7 availability). Within 30 minutes they have access to a personalised support plan, or have their case identified for priority engagement by a social worker.
This video explains why Cumberland chose Mobilise and what it is unlocking in terms of practitioners capacity.
